Weve have been advised that the current IT disruption is likely to run into next week, we are working hard to continue to provide a safe service for our patients. However this is difficult as we have limited access to medical records. We anticipate the issue will lead to an increased demand to our services going into next week. We kindly ask for your patience when calling as we will be dealing with a high demand in calls.

What this means for you:

We are unable to book or rearrange any appointments currently.
We cannot access medical records to give out test results.
New medication and repeat prescription requested will be delayed.
The staff at the crown will assist with interim solutions and provide options on alternative care.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Your health and wellbeing is our priority and we are doing everything we can to restore service as normal as soon as possible.
